We are not a government authority. Final approval of temporary entry permits, customs clearance, and border approvals are subject to the relevant authorities in China and applicable jurisdictions.
Drive 2 China does not guarantee approval of temporary vehicle entry.
Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
• Providing accurate and truthful information
• Ensuring vehicle ownership documentation is valid
• Confirming no active lien or financing restrictions
• Complying with customs and border laws
Failure to provide accurate information may result in denial of entry.
Fees & Payments
Consultation, coordination, customs, and logistics fees will be outlined separately in a written service agreement.
Shipping costs, government fees, and third-party service charges are subject to change.
Liability Limitation
Drive 2 China shall not be held liable for:
• Government policy changes
• Customs delays
• Border entry denial
• Shipping schedule disruptions
• Force majeure events
Independent Contractors
Certain services may be performed by licensed travel agencies, customs brokers, or logistics providers.
Drive 2 China coordinates such services but is not responsible for actions beyond its control.
